Together with the Ippolito Fleitz Group, we were able to win the competition for the House of Tourism in Stuttgart. Our design envisions an unconcealed structure that opens up generously to the marketplace. It incorporates the existing small scale of the market square into the facade and reinterprets it in a modern way. The first floor presents itself as an open information center with countless material about the city and region of Stuttgart as well as a small but fine restaurant. Bright meeting and office rooms are located above. A roof terrace with dining options and a unique view over Stuttgart’s market square round off the design. Tourism in Stuttgart gets a lively address in the heart of the city.
