What we do and for whom? Based on complementary work and experience, we have extensive knowledge in dealing with buildings from different historical epochs. We activate, renovate and expand residential and office buildings as well as educational and cultural buildings of various sizes and are also active in the field of urban development. We have broad experience in the field of infrastructure redevelopment, especially in supply, fire protection, façade and energy-related redevelopments. Our customer base is broadly diversified – from private builders, commercial property developers to constitutional developers and municipalities. We take over all work phases of the HOAI (“Fees for architectural and engineering services”) and are also active as general planners. Our expertise is often requested as early as in the ” service phase 0 “, during inventory analysis and the economic/technical evaluation of historic properties and quarters.
